In order to access clinical system direct on-line facilities, such as prescription ordering, appointment booking, or personal profile updates the patient needs to contact the surgery reception for Username and Password. To provide on-line access surgery will need two ID’s proof, such as one photo ID and other one is address proof.

We will need to see two forms of identification from the following list :-
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Medical Card
- Birth Marriage Certificate
- Local authority Rent Card
- National Insurance Number
- P45 etc. for address proof
Once you have created a registration account, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of booking and cancelling appointments with your doctor, and request your repeat prescriptions without having to call or telephone the surgery.
